Lumni’s pricing follows one principle: ingestion is free; you pay for the work you couldn’t do yourself. Sending traces and running the trace-only detectors costs nothing. The billable unit is the investigation — root-cause analysis, replay, and gating.

Outcome-Assurance add-on

For agents that move money, Lumni offers a value-based add-on that cross-checks the agent’s claims against the system of record. When your agent says “refund processed”, Outcome Assurance reads the gateway (e.g. Stripe) and the support tool to verify a matching transaction actually exists — the ultimate answer to False Success.

• Read-only. It reads Stripe and support tools; it never moves money.
• Priced on exposure. Anchored to the dollar value of claims it verifies and bad releases it helps gate.
• Founder-led onboarding. Set up per tenant during a pilot.

The unit is value, not events

You’re never billed for how many events you send. You’re billed when Lumni finds a root cause, proves a fix, or blocks a regression — the work that otherwise costs you an engineer’s afternoon or a customer’s trust.
